As the Blogosphere Turns

Whether it's because I read this stuff too much or because they're actually legitimate news stories, the blogosphere (the Techmeme & Techcrunch world) is awash in drama:

1) Mick Arrington vs. Nick Carr mini-dispute on the recent Gillmor Gang podcast
2) Jason Calacanis vs. Kevin Rose battle on the question of paying your top submitters/social-bookmarkers
3) WSJ casts doubt on whether Chris Anderson's "Long Tail" theory is really true

Stay tuned to find out what happens next in "As the Blogosphere Turns." The latter two probably do represent stories worthy of discussion. Let's see where these go.

And in Steve Gillmor's vein ("linkng is dead"), there are no links in this post. I see no reason to hype these flames/stories, you're probably lucky if you don't know anything about this.
